By accessing, browsing, or using www.anistachio.com, or by placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Anistachio
Anistachio is a pet-care and grooming brand operated by Anist Ventures Private Limited. “Anistachio”, “we”, “us” or “our” means Anistachio and Anist Ventures Private Limited. “You”, “your” or “customer” means the person accessing our website or placing an order.

2. Using Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Introduce malicious software or code.
Misuse promotional codes, vouchers, payment systems, or offers.
Copy or commercially use our website content without permission.
Impersonate another person or business.
We may take reasonable steps to restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect our website, customers, systems, or business.

3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, ingredients, specifications, and availability displayed on our website are accurate. Minor differences may occur between website images and the actual product, including packaging, colour, labelling, or presentation. Product packaging and presentation may change from time to time without materially changing the product. If we identify an obvious technical, pricing, inventory, or product-information error, we may correct the information and, where appropriate, cancel an affected order.

4. Product Usage
Our products should be used only for their intended purpose and according to the instructions provided on the product packaging or website.

Follow the recommended usage instructions.
Store products as instructed.
Avoid contact with eyes unless specifically stated otherwise.
Keep products away from children unless being used under adult supervision.
Stop using a product if an unusual reaction occurs.
If your pet experiences a serious or persistent reaction, please seek appropriate veterinary advice. Anistachio products are intended for pet-care and grooming purposes and are not a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

5. Product Availability
Products displayed on the website are subject to availability. Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee that the product will remain available until checkout is completed. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will communicate the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

6. Orders
When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected products. After placing your order, you may receive an order confirmation containing your order details. An order may be cancelled by Anistachio in reasonable circumstances, including product unavailability, obvious pricing or technical errors, incomplete information required for fulfilment, suspected fraudulent or abusive activity, delivery restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If Anistachio cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.

7. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other applicable charges will be displayed during the purchase process. Prices and promotional offers may change from time to time. A price change after an order has been confirmed will generally not affect that order, except where there has been an obvious technical, system, or pricing error. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Anistachio does not directly store complete payment-card information.

8. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before their order is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not entered the dispatch process, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

9. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated processing period communicated on our website or during checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, holidays, operational disruptions, remote locations, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. A delivery delay does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or compensation, except where a remedy is required under applicable law.

10. Returns
Because Anistachio sells pet-care and grooming products, we follow a limited-return approach for hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons. Products that have been opened, used, altered, or partially consumed generally cannot be returned where there is no confirmed product or fulfilment issue. This does not affect any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Refunds & Resolution
Anistachio follows a resolution-first, non-cash-refund model. We do not ordinarily provide cash refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, personal preference, or a correctly delivered product where there is no confirmed product or fulfilment issue. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, defective, missing, or materially different product, please contact us. We will investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, the preferred resolution may be replacement or an Anistachio Goodwill Resolution Voucher. Where a cash refund or other remedy is required under applicable law, it will be handled accordingly.

12. Goodwill Resolution Voucher
Where Anistachio determines that an eligible complaint should be resolved through a voucher, we may provide a Goodwill Resolution Voucher equal to eligible order/cart value + 10% additional goodwill value. Example: eligible order ₹1,000; goodwill ₹100; total voucher ₹1,100.

13. Voucher Validity
Anistachio Goodwill Resolution Vouchers do not expire. Once issued, the voucher may be used at any time in the future on eligible Anistachio purchases. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, converted into a bank transfer, sold, or transferred unless specifically permitted by Anistachio. If the new order is higher than the voucher value, the remaining amount can be paid using available payment methods. If the new order is lower than the voucher value, the remaining balance continues to be available for future eligible purchases.

14. Promotions & Discount Codes
Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Discount codes may have expiry dates.
Certain products may be excluded.
Minimum order values may apply.
Promotional codes may not be combined.
Specific terms displayed with an offer will apply to that offer.

15. Intellectual Property
The Anistachio name, logo, branding, website design, photographs, graphics, written content, product descriptions, and other original materials belong to or are lawfully licensed to Anistachio. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use these materials without appropriate permission.

16. Customer Reviews & Content
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, testimonial, feedback, or other content to Anistachio, you remain responsible for ensuring that the content is accurate and lawful. By submitting content for publication, you grant Anistachio permission to use it for legitimate website, marketing, promotional, or business purposes, subject to applicable law. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

17. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services including payment providers, logistics partners, hosting providers, analytics services, communication platforms, and technology providers. We are not responsible for interruptions caused solely by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

18. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website available and reliable. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, security measures, software updates, hosting problems, network failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

19. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anistachio will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, transport disruptions, strikes, civil disturbances, infrastructure failures, technology failures, or other similar events. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise the impact of such events.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, services, technology, or applicable law. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date. For existing orders, the terms applicable at the time of purchase will generally apply, subject to applicable law.

23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and before the appropriate courts, tribunals, commissions, or authorities having jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from exercising a statutory right or remedy available under applicable law.
